At LUV LASER, we offer complimentary consultations and patch tests, which must be completed at least 48 hours before your first treatment. To secure your consultation, a £20 deposit is required at the time of booking. This ensures your appointment is reserved and helps us protect our practitioners’ time.

 

If you decide to proceed, the deposit will be held as a rolling deposit and fully refunded at the end of your treatment plan, provided all sessions are attended as scheduled. If you are not suitable for treatment or choose not to continue, the deposit will be refunded. However, missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained.
